Melissa Hoskins
LCSW, Consultant
I began my career in the mental health field nearly 20 years ago, working in residential treatment. Over the years, I have provided outpatient therapy, HCT services, clinical supervision, coordinated mental and physical health treatment for resettlement, and served as a co-director of programs in a community mental health setting. My deep expertise in Motivational Interviewing drives much of my success, particularly in leading and coaching on navigating hard conversations.
Over the past six years, I have discovered a passion for sharing my skills through consultation and developing and delivering personalized trainings. I have supported individuals and organizations ranging from experienced clinical staff to entry-level corporate teams.
Melissa’s Philosophy:
My approach to consultation is rooted in Motivational Interviewing and listening deeply for the change goals expressed by those I support. I draw heavily from the concepts of the social discipline window, in which high expectations are coupled with high support. I believe the best interventions are born from a balance of clarity around the desired outcome and a willingness to lean fully into the quality of the intervention. My goal is to be the mirror that reflects and guides this process.
Kelley Barton Newkirk
LCSW, Consultant
With 35 years of management, coaching, and counseling experience, I bring a broad range of expertise to my work as a consultant. My career began as a small business owner, which laid the foundation for my understanding of entrepreneurship and organizational dynamics. After earning my Master of Business Administration, I spent several years working at and consulting for Fortune 100 companies. These early career experiences, combined with my clinical expertise, uniquely position me to assist community mental health organizations in growing, enhancing, and streamlining their service delivery to clients.
My areas of specialization encompass executive coaching, leadership and team development, strategic planning and implementation, efficient project management, customer insight analysis, and evaluation of market opportunities.
Kelley’s Philosophy:
I am deeply versed in Motivational Interviewing as a practice model, and it serves as the cornerstone of my approach to consulting engagements. I believe that partnership, empathy, autonomy, and empowerment are critical components of developing a trusted working relationship. As a consultant, my role is to collaborate closely with you to understand your organization’s needs and to create solutions that align with your group’s values and objectives.
Amy Reynolds
LCSW, LADC, CCS, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
I am a healthcare leader, licensed clinician, and consultant with expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, operational excellence, and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles. With experience leading large-scale behavioral health access and transformation initiatives, I partner with organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, improve team performance, and create systems that support both employee engagement and exceptional service delivery.
Drawing from clinical practice, Lean methodology, Motivational Interviewing, and HRO principles, I help organizations build cultures grounded in psychological safety, accountability, continuous learning, and data-driven decision making. My work focuses on developing middle managers, supporting clinical supervision, facilitating difficult conversations, strengthening internship and workforce development programs, and helping teams move from reactive problem-solving to proactive system improvement.
Amy’s Philosophy:
I am passionate about creating environments where people can thrive, expertise is valued, and organizations learn from failure, adapt to change, and achieve sustainable results through collaboration rather than control.
Alycia Curtis

I’m a business and operations professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and experience across behavioral health, finance, retail, and property management.
